COST
Tour is $3,995 per person, double occupancy,
which includes the $500 deposit due at time
of registration. Single room
supplement is $895. Land only package is
$3,195.
RESERVATION & DEPOSIT
A deposit of $500 is
required at the time of registration.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full refund of deposit if canceled by
November 1, 2010.
A $250 administrative fee applies for all
cancellations made after November 1, 2010 and prior
to
December 1, 2010. No
refund of deposits will be made after December 1, 2010.
GRATUITIES & DEPARTURE TAXES - Fuel
Surcharge:
The amount of $295 will be invoiced to each
passenger and collected with final payment.
This amount covers ALL tips and ALL
departure taxes on the tour related to
hotel, meals, tour guide and bus driver.
Any additional security charges, taxes, or
fuel surcharges will be passed on to the
passenger.
DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Beverages other than those included with
meals, items of a personal nature such as
room service, laundry, phone calls, your
choice of optional tours and excursions,
souvenirs, transporting and handling excess
luggage, passport fees, transportation to
New York, tips for personal services,
health/accident/cancellation insurance which
is available and HIGHLY recommended.
HEALTH
You should be able to walk, climb stairs and
get on and off the bus. The tour is not
difficult but there is a great deal of
walking. People in reasonable good health
will not have difficulty participating in
all the activities. If your health is
questionable, please consult a physician.
LUGGAGE & BAGGAGE HANDLING:
One suitcase (50 lb. limit), will be
transferred for you upon arrival in Israel
after you clear customs and will be
transferred between airports and hotels. You
must have proper identification on ALL
luggage, including your one carry-on. Also
included are departure taxes and airport
transfers.
PASSPORT:
You must have a valid passport.
Passports must be valid for at least 6
months AFTER departure date. Visas and
inoculations are not required for U.S.
citizens.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Hearts for Israel Tours strongly recommends
that you consider travel insurance to
protect the investment of your tour in case
of unforeseen circumstances.
